Getting Started
Solonex allows users to book salon services and join queues virtually, so you don’t have to wait physically. Follow these steps to begin:
- Download the Solonex app from the Google Play Store.
- Sign up using your mobile number and verify your account.
- Browse partner salons, select your preferred one, and choose an available time.
- Join the virtual queue and receive live updates on your turn directly in the app.
Manage Appointments
- To reschedule, open ‘My Bookings’ and choose a new available time slot.
- To cancel, select the booking and tap ‘Cancel Appointment’.
- Salons have the right to reschedule based on availability; you’ll be notified instantly.
Notifications & Alerts
Solonex keeps you informed with real-time alerts:
- Queue position updates
- Time to leave reminders
- Service completion notifications
Account & Data
- Your account is secured with encrypted user data.
- To update phone or email, visit Profile → Edit Account.
- To delete your account, contact support below.
Frequently Asked Questions
- What happens if I miss my turn?
If you miss your queue call, you may join the next available slot. Availability depends on the salon’s discretion.
- Do I need to pay for Solonex?
The basic Solonex app is free. Some premium features may be paid later.
- Do you offer refunds?
No. Solonex follows a strict no-refund policy for digital services. Learn more in our Refund Policy.
- Is my data shared with salons?
Only necessary booking information is shared securely for service fulfillment.

- Ensure you have a stable internet connection.
- Update to the latest version of the Solonex app.
- Restart your device and try again.
